Phil has lectured at both certificate and Diploma level, in all elements of
real estate study, from the generically based listing and selling techniques, to highly specialised areas such as contract law, strata and property management and the many acts and legislative controls that govern this complex industry.
This wealth of industry knowledge along with many years of hands on experience have provided Phil with an enviable skill set, one that
ensures both proficiency and consistency, matching a broad spectrum of property types to suitably qualified buyers, whilst building long term mutually beneficial client relationships in the process.
