I first came across PHIL & SARAH Hodnett in the late 90's.
They started a R/Estate company in Karratha from scratch, in about 1996.
This all before the Karratha Pilbara mega growth surge, it rang a similar bell to Leanne & myself starting the Homestead Hardware Store in 94.
They both worked tirelessly @ their R/E venture, & we had many customers who
had purchased thru the Hodnett's
As time pasted PHIL & SARAH also started buying, renovating, selling & renting
houses in the town, they did some massive makeovers, painting, redecorating,rebuilding
the lot. What was amazing they purchased all their makeover supplies from businesses in
Karratha. In our case they never quibbled on price & also paid on delivery.
It started a business & personal friendship which now spans 25 years.
I can say without doubt if & when time comes to sell my investments in Karratha KPSR
Will be my go to. Trust & honesty is what I've always received from both of them with a
sprinkle of humor.
